This medium-viscosity product can be applied over any color of hybrid polish. It perfectly secures the styling, making it durable and resistant to mechanical damage and abrasion, while ensuring a flawless matte look for many weeks. EXCELLENT PRO ONE COAT TOP MATT VELVET does not have a dispersion layer, however, for an even better matte effect, we recommend wiping it with EXCELLENT PRO CLEANER.
